Getting a price quoteA common question, especially as departments are planning new print jobs, is how much will it cost? If you are considering creating a new print piece to support your department but do not know how much to budget for it, submit a print job price quote form (download from menu to the right) to the Communications Office. The purpose of getting a quote early in the process is to give you an estimate of what the job could cost. Please note, this is not a quote for your final piece, this is a rough estimate. Several factors can alter the quote once you have made final decisions concerning your print job. To get a price quote, download and print off the print job quote form pdf (on right), fill it out completely and return it to the publications coordinator (Lacey Luce) via campus mail. For the most accurate quote, please answer all the questions on the form. Your quote should come back within seven business day from the time we receive the request. If the quote comes back higher than you feel you will be able to budget for, contact the Communications Office to set up a meeting and discuss ways to bring the cost down. |
