Visit the MyUHC web site at http://www.myuhc.com/ for policy information, locate physicians and hospitals available to you in your network,learn how to submit claims and review the status of a claim, or order a replacement ID card. To register at the site, you will need the member number from your United Health Care Insurance ID card.
